MINUTES
July 14, 1997
1. CALL TO ORDER:
2. ROLL CALL: Masner, Merrill, Sedlacek - Present. Bastian - Absent. A quorum is
present.
3. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
A. *The Council is meeting to authorize the Mayor to execute an agreement with
United Water to provide supplemental water for fireflow.
Mayor introduces the issue.
Masner moves that the Council authorize Mayor Yzaguirre to sign the agreement
necessary to move the water project ahead. Seconded by Merrill. Two aye. One nay
MOTION CARRIES...
4. ADJOURNMENT:
Masner moves to adjourn. Seconded by Merrill
