EAGLE CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP
MINUTES
June 19, 1997
CALL TO ORDER:
ROLL CALL: Bastian, Masner, Merrill. Bastian is absent.
3. WORKSHOP ON NEW CONTRUCTION ROLL: Gary Houde, Idaho State Tax
Commission is conducting an information workshop on the New Construction Roll.
Gary Houde hands out information packets and goes through the L-2 form with Council step by
step. General discussion.
Mayor discusses Strategic Annual Goals, franchise fees and park impact fees. General
discussion.
Merrill gives a report on the Merrill Park and Ada County Sports Complex Park Meeting held
June 18, 1997. General discussion on parks.
Butler discusses a meeting he had with Edge Development and Albertson's on tree and the new
ACHD road. General discussion.
Butler discusses the map on the proposed annexation. General discussion.
Butler discusses the bids out for the facilitator. There will be two to choose from. General
discussion.
4. ADJOURNMENT: Merrill moves to adjourn. Seconded by Masner. ALL AYE:
