Resolution - 2011 - 11-12 - Amending Allied Waste Services Fee Scheudule Pursuant To The Fourth Addendum To Waste Collection Services Contract, Exhibit A - 05/10/2011 RESOULTION No. 11-12 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING ALLIED WASTE SERVICES FEE SCHEDULE PURSUANT TO THE FOURTH ADDENDUM TO WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES CONTRACT, EXHIBIT A - RATES AND SERVICES AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, The Fourth Addendum to Waste Collection Services Contract, Exhibit A- Rates and Services is the Customer Rate Schedule; and WHEAREAS, Allied Waste has made a request to the City of Eagle for a rate reduction on the 6 yard Commercial Perm Trash Dumpster—Delivery 2 x month service; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO: Section 1: That the rate for a 6 yard Commercial Perm Trash Dumpster — Delivery 2 x month as set forth on Exhibit"A" attached hereto is reduced from $137.08 to $101.36. Section 2: That the above rate reduction will be effective on June 1, 2011. Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage and approval.
