SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, The City Clerk and the Museum Curator of the City of Eagle, Idaho are requesting
that the following fixed asset be surplused as the asset is no longer required to conduct Museum
business.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Eagle, Idaho that
the following fixed asset is deemed surplus property by the Museum Curator and the City of
Eagle:
Asset#748 —Tag#1546 Legal 4 dwr file Cabinet—transferred to the Library
The administrative staff of the Eagle Library, under the supervision of the City Clerk and/or the
Library Director, is authorized to take all necessary steps to carry out the authorization provided
by this Resolution.
