FEBRUARY 24, 1997
1. CALL TO ORDER BY MAYOR BOWER:
2. ROLL CALL: Bastian, Masner, Merrill, Yzaguirre. A quorum is present.
Information meeting by Council to give their reasons for recall of Mayor Bower.
Yzaguirre moved to form the meeting to have the audience give written comment. Answer these
questions first and then attempt to answer questions voiced by the audience. Seconded by
Bastian. Opened for discussion to add in the Motion that each member of Council go over the
reasons for the Recall. Masner also included in the Motion that each member of Council and the
Mayor give a brief background on themselves. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIES .......
Mayor called for a vote on the Amended Motion: ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIES ......
Council and Mayor proceeded to introduce themselves and gave a brief background.
General discussion between Council and Mayor.
7:30 p.m. to 9:05 p.m.: Written question and answer period. The majority of the written
questions were not signed. Council and Mayor responded to the questions that were directed to
them.
9:05 p.m.: Council and Mayor received questions from the audience and answered additional
written questions.
Moved by Bastian and Seconded by Merrill to adjoum the meeting at 10:10 p.m. ALL AYE:
