1. CALL TO ORDER: Council member Masner called the Council to Order at
7:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: BASTIAN, MASNER, MERRILL, YZAGUIRRE. Roll Call
shows a quorum present. City Attorney is present. Mayor Bower is absent.
Notice of meeting posted on Saturday, February 8, 1997 at 10:00 p.m.
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION -- PERSONNEL MATTERS.
Yzaguirre moves to go into executive session to discuss personnel matters,
seconded by Bastian. Roll Call: Yzaguirre, AYE; Masner, AYE; Merrill, AYE;
Bastian, AYE. ALL AYE, MOTION CARRIES ....
INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 7:35 p.m.
