SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA: 6:00 p.m.—6:30 p.m.
1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Reynolds calls the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: SHOUSHTARIAN, HUFFAKER, SEMANKO, GRASSER. All present. A
quorum is present.
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pending and Threatened Litigation: I.C. 67-2345 (f)
1. Settlement of Pooley v. City of Eagle,Case#CV OC 0813197
Mayor Reynolds introduces the issue.
Huffaker moves to go into Executive Session in accordance with I.C. 67-2345(t for the
discussion on the Settlement of Pooley v. City of Eagle,Case#CV OC 0813197,Eagle v.
Idaho Water Resources and I.C. 67-2345(c) acquisition of private property- City Hall
Building. Seconded by Shoushtarian. Huffaker: AYE; Shoushtarian: AYE; Semanko:
AYE: Grasser: AYE: ALL AYES: MOTION CARRIES
Council goes into Executive Session at 6:10 p.m.
Council discusses the Settlement of Pooley v. City of Eagle, Eagle v. Idaho Water Resources and
acquisition of City Hall building.
Council leaves Executive Session at 6:55 p.m.
4. ADJOURNMENT TO REGULAR MEETING: Decision on Settlement of Pooley v. City
of Eagle will be made as part of Unfinished Business as indicated on the February 8,2011
Regular City Council meeting agenda.
Mayor adjourns the meeting to the Regular Meeting.
Hearing no further business, the Council meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
