RESOLUTION NO. 10-27
SURPLUS EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, The City Clerk City of Eagle, Idaho is requesting that the following fixed
assets be surplused as the assets are no longer required to conduct City business.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Eagle,
Idaho, that the following fixed assets are deemed surplus property by the City of Eagle:
1. 1997 Ford Supercab Ranger XLT Pickup, VIN#IFTCRI4AIVPB41489, Assets #268
2. 2000 Ford Ranger Pickup, VIN#IFTZRI5XXYTB36302, Asset #557
3. 2004 Dodge Stratus, VIN#IB3EL36X04N358373
The above mentioned vehicles will be sold at the direction of the City Clerk/Treasurer in
a fashion whereby a public sale by sealed bids will be advertised and the vehicles will be
sold to the highest bidder. The advertisement shall establish a minimum of low blue
book value as determined by the Director of Public Works and the Mayor.
The administrative staff of the City of Eagle, under the supervision of the City Clerk, is
authorized to take all necessary steps to carry out the authorization provided by this
Resolution.
