RESOLUTION NO.1 0-26
SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, The City Clerk and the Library Director of the City of Eagle, Idaho are requesting
that the following fixed assets be surplused as the assets are no longer required to conduct
Library business.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Eagle, Idaho that
the following fixed assets are deemed surplus property by the Library Board and the City of
Eagle:
SEE ATTACHED SCHEDULE
The administrative staff of the Eagle Library, under the supervision of the City Clerk and/or the
Library Director, is authorized to take all necessary steps to carry out the authorization provided
by this Resolution.
