RESOLUTION No. 10-24
A RESOLUTION OF THE EAGLE CITY COUNCIL TO V ACA TE THE ACCESS EASEMENT
ASSOCIATED WITH WEST HAWKS VIEW LANE LOCATED ON LOT 3, BLOCK 1 , TALON
RIDGE SUBDIVISION AS SHOWN ON THE ATTACHMENTS HERETO; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Scott J. Snyder requested a vacation to the final plat of Talon Ridge Subdivision to
remove the access easement associated with West Hawks View Lane located on Lot 3, Block 1 (Talon
Ridge Subdivision); and
WHEREAS, On June 21, 2010 the Commission recommended approval of the vacation (VAC-
01-10), with conditions, to the Council; and
WHEREAS, Legal notice of the City Council hearing on the vacation was published in the The
Valley Times on July 19,2010, and July 26,2010; and
WHEREAS, On August 10, 2010, the City Council held a public hearing on the proposed vacation
(V AC-O 1-1 0), and voted to approve the vacation with conditions; and
WHEREAS, The City Council hereby finds that the proposed vacation complies with the
provisions of Section 50-1306A of the Idaho Code, "Vacation of Plats - Procedure", and Section 9-6-2 of
Eagle City Code, "Vacations and Dedications".
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EAGLE, IDAHO.
The Eagle City Council hereby vacates the access easement associated West Hawks View Lane
located on Lot 3, Block 1, Talon Ridge Subdivision, as considered, heard and approved by the Council at
its August 10, 2010, public hearing for application number V AC-OI-1O and as shown on the attachments
hereto (Exhibit A).
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval.
ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Eagle, Idaho, this 24th day of August, 2010.
