A. Employee Policy and Procedure Manual -- The City Clerk in conjunction with Council
members Merrill and Yzaguirre are requesting the City Council to review all three phases of
the new Employee Policy and Procedure Manual. (KL)
Council Resolution # 6-95 - The City Council has requested at the November 26, 1996,
meeting to discuss the possible revision of a policy for communications within and by the
city set forth under Resolution # 6-95. (JMF)
