Banbur¥ Meadows PUD Preliminary Plat Extension of Time: Harvey Hoff is requesting approval of an extension of time application for Banbury Meadows, for the preliminary plat for BanBury Meadows P.U.D. He is requesting a 1-year extension due to the unavailability of sewer permits. The 291.5-acre PUD consists of 344 lots and is proposed to be located on the west side of Eagle Rd. approximately lA mile north of Chinden Blvd. (MLB) F. Streamside Preliminary Plat Extension of Time: Starwood of Eagle, Inc., represented by William C. Selvage, is requesting approval of an extension of time application for the final plat for Streamside Subdivision. Catering Permit: The City Clerk is requesting Council approval of a catering permit for Inchobod Inc. The event will be a one day fund raiser May 16, 1997 from 6:00pm to 12:00pm, at St. Mathew Catholic Church located at 500 N. Eagle Rd. (SKS) H. Transfer of Beer & Wine License: The City Clerk is requesting Council approval to transfer a beer and wine license from Chicago Connection, Inc., to Chicago Connection, L.L.C. (SKS) I. **Appointment of Clerks for the May 27, 1997 Elections: The City Clerk is requesting the appointment of Carol West and Leslie Ditz as Clerks for the up-coming May 27th elections. (SKS) UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Discussion of Eagle Road improvements from State Street north: An ACHD representative will discuss proposed improvements of Eagle Road from State Street north. (MLB) PUBLIC HEARINGS: A. RZ-5-96 - A to C-2 - Loy Taylor: McDonald's is requesting a rezone from A (agricultural) to C-2 (general business district). The applicant is proposing to construct a McDonald's fast food restaurant with a drive-thru. The site is located at 434 S. Eagle Rd., near the northeast comer of Eagle Rd. and the Eagle Alternate Route. The applicant is requesting this item be continued to the May 13 Council agenda. (MLB) B. V-1-97 - Variance of 20% minimum lot coverage requirement - Loy Taylor: Loy Taylor with McDonald's Corp. is requesting a variance to allow a reduction in the minimum 20% required lot coverage for a proposed McDonald's fast food restaurant with a drive-thru. CU-12-96 - Drive-Thru Restaurant - Loy Taylor: McDonald's is requesting conditional use approval for a drive-thru restaurant. ZOA-1-97 - Zoning Ordinance Amendment - City of Eagle: To consider ordinance amendments to provide for the regulation of location, structure, design and other matters related to telecommunication towers and related facilities, such as ham radio antennas, within the City of Eagle. (MLB) Trail Creek/Echo Creek Berm Statement of Understanding: Council member Merrill is requesting Council review and approval of the changes to the Trail Creek/Echo Creek Berm statement of understanding. (NM) Discussion on Building Permit Fees: Council member Masner would like to review the building permit fees that were charged as shown on the March building permit report. (MM) Ordinance 292: for Rezone for Edge Development: The City Clerk is requesting approval of Ordinance292 which changes the classification of the real property described in Exhibit "A" from R-5 (residential 5 units per acre maximum) to C-2 (general business) and amending the zoning map of the City of Eagle to reflect said change and providing an effective date.(SKS) Report and Status of Zoning Administrator's proposed Engineering Contract, Scope of Work and Proposal for City Engineering: The Zoning Administrator is requesting Council approval of a proposed engineering contract, scope of work and proposal for a contract city engineer. (MLB) Discussion on Island Woods Pathways Bridge and Pathway along new Highway 55: Council member Yzaguirre would like to discuss the pathways bridge in Island Woods Subdivision and the pathway along the new Highway 55. (RY) Ordinance 293: Eagle Fire Protection District: The City Clerk is requesting approval of Ordinance 293, adding a new chapter, Fire Protection to the Eagle City Code providing that all fire protection shall be provided by the Eagle Fire Protection District; providing for severability; and providing an effective date. (SKS) Final Plat for Buckwheat Acres Subdivision 96-22-PDR: Chuck Plamer is requesting final plat approval for Buckwheat Acres Subdivision, an 8-lot (approximately 5-acres each) residential subdivision.
