The purpose of the agenda is to assist the Council and interested citizens in the conduct of the public meeting. Careful review of the agenda is encouraged. A. Claims Against the City. B. Open Container Permit: Baker Yeoman's Foundation for the Arts is requesting an open container permit to be used in conjunction with the At the River Festival. The permit would be used at 3300 W. State St. (Arts West Campus) and 179 Rosebud Ln. (Camille Beckman) on Friday, June 25 from 11 :00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Saturday, June 26 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Sunday, June 27 from 11 :00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Site plan approval has been obtained from City of Eagle Police. Council approval should be contingent upon receipt of permit fees and submittal of certificate of liability insurance showing the City as an additional insured. C. Minutes of June 8, 2010. D. Findines of Fact and Conclusions of Law for CU-OI-I0 - BanklFinancial Institution (with drive up service) - KevBank: KeyBank, repre:sented by Craig Slocum with CSHQA, is requesting conditional use approval for a bank with drive up service.
