Re: Expiration of Building Permit Application at 1505 E Riverside (Temp address).
Dear Steed Construction, Inc,
The Building Permit application for the New Commercial Building (RBC Building) located in the Lonesome Dove
Subdivision will be deemed expired as of May 28. 2010, under the following Building Code:
Eagle City Code Sections 7-1A-3 & 7-1A-4 amended the 2006 International Building & International Residential
Code Sections R105.3.2:
IBC & IRC sections 105.3.2 are amended to read as follows:
105.3.2 Expiration Of Plan Review. Applications for which no permit is issued within /80 days following the date of receipt of
application shall expire by limitation, and plans and other data submittedfor review may thereafter be returned to the applicant or
destroyed by the building official. The building official may extend the time for action by the applicantfor a period not exceeding /80
calendar days on request by the applicant showing that circumstances beyond the control of the applicant have prevented action from
being taken. No application shall be extended more than once, nor shall any extension be granted beyond the last day of the current code
cycle as adopted by the city of Eagle. In order to renew action on an application after expiration, the applicant shall resubmit plans and
pay a new plan review fee.
The City of Eagle regrets this project will not move forward. If you have any questions regarding this action, please
