CITY OF EAGLE
RESOLUTION NO.1 0-21
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, APPROVING A
CHANGE IN THE HOURS OF OPERATION FOR EAGLE CITY HALL; AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE RESOLUTION CHANGING CITY HALL HOURS; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO (the "City"), a body politic and municipal
corporate duly organized and existing as a political subdivision of the State of Idaho, is
authorized by the laws of the State of Idaho, to establish resolutions as may be expedient to
benefit the City and its inhabitants; and
WHEREAS, THE Mayor changed the operating hours of City Hall during 2009 to
eliminate Fridays from the operating schedule, and
WHEREAS, the governing body of the City deems it for the benefit of the City and for
the efficient and effective administration thereof to mandate the return to the previous schedule;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EAGLE, Ada County, Idaho, as follows:
Section 1: The City Hall of the City of Eagle shall maintain hours of operation of
8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday of each week, excepting those holidays as
noted in the Personnel manual of the City. This schedule shall begin Thursday, July 01, 2010.
Section 2:
That the Acting Mayor is authorized to sign this Resolution.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall be effective as of the date of its passage,
approval and adoption.
