CALL TO ORDER:
NEW BUSINESS:
A. Discussion of the Eagle Road Improvement Project Extending from the Alternate Route to
State Street - The Mayor, City Council and Zoning Administrator of the City of Eagle will
meet with ACHD staff to discuss the design ACHD currently has for street and sidewalk
improvements on Eagle Road from the Alternate Route to State Street.
City and ACHD representative will be discussing what steps need to be taken to provide a
roadway/pedestrian walkway/streetscape that meets the goals of the City of Eagle and
functionality, with regard to transportation, desired by the Highway District. The items to
be discussed include but are not limited to: road width, sidewalk/pathway width, bike lanes,
parking provisions, driveway restrictions, landscaping strips (including responsibility for
maintenance), tree preservation, right-of-way acquisition, time schedule and funding.
