A. Final Fiscal Year 1997 Budget -- Public Hearing - The purpose of this public hearing is to
finalize the Fiscal Year 1997 Budget and accept public testimony and comment. Oral
comment will be accepted during the public hearing.(KL)

Zoning Ordinance Amendments -- Continued Public Hearing - This item was continued
from the August 27, 1996, regular meeting of the Council. The City
of Eagle is proposing to enact amendments to Title 6 - Parks
Committee; Title 7 - Sign Regulations; and Title 8-2-A - Design
Review. Also under consideration is a proposed Design Review
Guideline Manual. (MB)
