Eagle City Staff or Eagle Planning & Zoning Commission shall be adopted as part of the

D. Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law - The City Clerk requests Council
approval of the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law for the previously
approved Conditional Use Permit to allow a daycare at the existing Seventh Day
Adventist church site located at 538 W. State Street on the north side of State
Street west of Eagle Road. (MB)
E. Temporary_ Contract -- Design Review/Planner - The Zoning Administrator and City
Clerk are requesting the City Council to consider approving a limited-duration, at-
will professional services contract with Carla Olsen. The contract amount will not
exceed $4,000. (MB and KL)

approval of the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law for the previously
approved Conditional Use Permit for the Lexington Hills Elementary School, to be
located on the west side of Seven Oaks Road north of Floating Feather Road in the
Lexington Hills Subdivision. [Documents will be forthcoming from the City
Attorney, see also Item 6.A.] (JM)

NEW BUSINESS:
A. Lexington Hills Elementary School - The Zoning Administrator is requesting that
City Council reconsider the previously approved Conditional Use Permit for the the
Lexington Hills Elementary School. The site is located near the northwest corner of
Floating Feather Road and Seven Oaks Drive on Lot 32, Block 7, of the Lexington
Hills Subdivision #5. (MB)
B. United Water - Councilman Masher is requesting that the City Council hear
testimony on water service to the Lexington Hills school. United Water is
requesting to comment on this issue. (MM)
C. Merrill Park -- Discussion - Councilman Merrill is requesting that the City Council
consider directing the Zoning Administrator to have the City Engineer start the
survey work needed for the future Merrill Park. (NM)
D. Emergency Moratorium - Councilman Merrill is requesting that the City Council
consider an emergency moratorium to clarify the building materials guidelines within
the Design Review Ordinance. (NM)
