OLD BUSINESS:
A. Fiscal Year 1997 Budget Workshop - The Mayor has proposed a Fiscal Year 1997 Annual
Budget for Council consideration. The workshop portion of the August 20, 1996 budget
workshop was Continued to this meeting date. The Public Hearing portion of the Fiscal
Year 1997 Budget Workshop was formally closed at the conclusion of public testimony
heard at the August 20, 1996 workshop.
The purpose of this workshop is to allow the Council to discuss the Mayor's Proposed
Budget and make changes as they deem necessary for the final budget Public Hearing
scheduled for August 29, 1996..
Personnel Wages, Benefits, and Staffing. Discussion of impact on FY 1997 Budget at the
request of Councilmembers Masner and Merrill.
NOTE: Copies of the Mayor's Proposed Budget is available at Eagle City Hall. Following
this workshop, a Public Hearing on the FY 1997 Annual Budget will be held on Thursday,
August 29, 1996 at 7:00p. m. in City Hall. The public is invited to provide both oral and
written testimony at the August 29 meeting.
