A special meeting of the Eagle City COln1ci1 was called to order
on November 4, 1981 at 7:30 P. M. by Mayor Deckard at the Eagle
Ci ty Hall.
M3nbers present: DECKER, HAlEY, KRASEl>J, PEARMAN.
l>bved by KRASEN and seconded by PEARMAN that the minutes of the
previous meeting of October 13, 1981 be approved as printed.

Design Review Application No. 8-81 sul:mitted by Loise Bruce
for the old hotel located on the co:rner of 1st and State Street
was presented to the council.
l-bved by KRASEN and seconded by PEARMAN that Deisgn Review Application
8-81 be tabled until such ti.ne as the rrayor feels it sh::>uld cc::are
before the council.

Mayor Deckard declared a five minute recess for the council to canvass
the votes.
Mayor Deckard called the rreeting back to order.
!-bred by KRASEN and seconded by PEAR4AN that in cx::rnp1iance with
50-467, Idab:> Ccxle, the votes were canvassed by this Council and
found to agree with the tabulation of votes prepared by the election
judge and clerks: therefore, their tabulation is accepted. '!his
tabulation indicates that there 'Were 373 ballots cast, out of which
276 votes for candidate GARY WALKER, 239 votes were for candidate
FRANK W. S'IOPPELID, and 206 votes were for candidate '!OM WIISON.
~ offices are to be filled, both are seats on the City Council for
four (4) year terms. In accordance with 50-467, Idaho Code, the
"bJo candidates receiving the highest number of votes are GARY WALKER
and FRANK S'IOPPELID and they are hereby declared elected.

apFoint:Itent of Jeanne Covault, 837 Preakness, Eagle, ID to the
position of trustee for the Eagle Public Library Board for a
tenn of five years.
