Ada County is proposing amendments to its Zoning Ordinance regarding the Floodway and Flood Fringe
Overlay regulations. The amendments will update and clarify certain provisions of the existing ordinance
and will recognize the new hydraulic data for the floodplain of Cottonwood Gulch, Stuart Gulch and
Hulls Gulch.
