RESOLUTION NO. 10-14
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY,
IDAHO, ADOPTING RESOLUTION NO. 10-14 WHICH INCREASES THE FEE FOR
SA TURDA Y MARKET BOOTHS AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, The City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho (the "City"), is a municipal corporation duly
organized and operating under the laws of the State ofldaho; and
WHEREAS, Eagle Arts Commission's mission is growing and celebrating the arts to strengthen
community; and
WHEREAS, the Eagle Saturday Market has been a huge success in years past, providing local
artists and produce vendors an excellent venue to reach the residents of Eagle; and
WHEREAS, notification of public hearing was published in accordance with Idaho State Code
S63-1311A in The Valley Times, the official newspaper of the City of Eagle on February 22,
2010 and March 1,2010; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 9,2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1: Saturday Market Booth fees: $25.00/ per 'Ncck $30.00/per week.
Section 2: This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and
approval.

Legal notice is hereby given that the EAGLE CITY COUNCIL will hold a public hearing on March 9, 2010 at
P.M. at Eagle City Hall , 660 E. Civic Lane, Eagle, Idaho. The purpose of the hearing is to consider
leasing Saturday Market Vendor Booth fees, providing an effective date, and explain the reasons for such
o. The booth fee increase may exceed 105% of prior fees (original fee plus 5% or more). The proposed fees
