Joint Meeting Minutes
November 30,2009
1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Bandy calls the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL:
City Council: SHOUSHT ARIAN, HUFFAKER, SEMANKO, JACKSON-HElM.
Huffaker absent. A quorum is present.
Design Review Board: MCCULLOUGH, GRUBB, BARNES, WHITTAKER,
BUTLER, KOCI. Butler and Koci are present.
Planning & Zoning Commission: AIZPIT ARTE, SMITH, TANNER, ROEHLING,
VILLEGAS. All present.
3. DISCUSSION OF APPLICATION PROCESSES. STREAMLINING. AND
CODE AMENDMENTS.
Mayor introduces the issue.
General discussion.
Design Review Board will write some recommendations for code changes and review by
Planning & Zoning and the Council.
