Special Meeting Minutes
November 5, 2009
1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Bandy calls the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: SHOUSHTARIAN, HUFFAKER, SEMANKO, JACKSON-HElM.
All present. A quorum is present.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: None
4. CANVAS VOTES: In accordance with Idaho Code, Section 50-467, the City Clerk is
requesting the Mayor and Council to canvas the results of the General Election.
(SKB)
Mayor introduces the issue.
General discussion
Mayor: I will entertain a motion to approve the canvassing of the General Election
results from the November 3,2009 election.
So moved by Jackson-Heim. Seconded by Shoushtarian. Discussion. ALL AYES:
MOTION CARRIES..................
City Clerk Bergmann: November 25, 2009 is the deadline for an application to request a
recount. General discussion.
5. ADJOURNMENT:
Jackson-Heim moves to adjourn. Seconded by Shoushtarian. ALL AYES:
MOTION CARRIES...
Hearing no further business, the Council meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
