Dear Rocky Ridge Construction, The Building Department has not issued a Certificate of Completion for the Pump House located at Lot 22 Block 1 in The Shores#2 Subdivision. The City of Eagle is requiring this issue to be resolved by September 11, 2009. Outstanding Requirements: `Occupancy Request' form(enclosed)with all appropriate signatures and Final Building Inspection. 2006 International Building Code Section 110-Cerificate of Occupancy 110.1 Use and Occupancy. No building or structure shall be used or occupied, and no change in the existing occupancy classification of a building or structure or portion thereof shall be made until the building official has issued a certificate of occupancy therefor as provided herein. Issuance of a certificate of occupancy shall not be construed as an approval of a violation of the provisions of this code or of other ordinances of the jurisdiction. Eagle City Code 8-7-2: Zoning Permits and Certificate of Occupancy: B. Certificate of Occupancy: 1. Certificate Of Occupancy Required: It shall be unlawful to use or occupy or permit the use or occupancy of any building or premises, or both, or part thereof thereafter created, erected, changed, converted or wholly or partly altered or enlarged in its use or structure until a certificate of occupancy shall have been issued therefor by the Administrator stating that the proposed use of the building or land conforms to the requirements of this Title and with all conditional provisions that may have been imposed.
