ORDINANCE NO. 631
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING SECTION 1-5-3,
EAGLE CITY CODE, TO PROVIDE FOR ANNUAL SALARIES FOR THE MA YOR
AND COUNCIL, AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MA YOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 1-5-3, Eagle City Code, be, and is hereby, amended to read as
follows:
SALARIES: Commencing January 1,2010, the annual salaries of the Mayor and of the
President of the City Council and of the City Council shall be as follows:
A. Mayor: The Mayor shall receive an annual salary in the sum of seventy four thousand
dollars ($7~,000.00) two thousand dollars one hundred fiftv dollars ($72,150.00).
B. Council President: The Council President shall receive an annual salary in the sum of
fourteen thousand twenty four dollars ($11,021.00) seven thousand twelve dollars
($7.012.00).
C. Council Members: Each member ofthe Council, other than the President, shall
receive an annual salary in the sum of eleven thousand hvo hundred twenty dollars
($11,220.00- five thousand six hundred ten dollars ($5,610.00).
Section 2: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after January 1,
2010.
