Athletic Club (formerly known as Rocky Mountain Fitness). The City of Eagle Police have reviewed and
submitted written approval of this application. (SKB)
Noise Waiver Request:
F. Eagle Rodeo Inc. is requesting a noise waiver as allowed by Eagle City Code 4-9-
6(D) to accommodate the Eagle Rodeo taking place on June 11 - 13, 2009 in the field behind Idaho
Athletic Club (formerly known as Rocky Mountain Fitness). Eagle Rodeo is requesting that the waiver
be extended to midnight on each date listed above. (SKB)
