and instructions on how to use the program.
The cost for the City to receive its Code in Folio is as follows:

The annual charge for Folio on the Web includes us housing the

Dear Mayor and City Council:
This letter is to inform you of Sterling's current fee schedule
for supplement service to the City of Eagle's Code.
Our fee is eighteen dollars ($18.00) per page (a sheet of paper
contains 2 pages), plus shipping and handling. Our records show
that the City currently receives twenty {20} copies of each
supplement. A cost example of a supplement would be: an
ordinance affected ten (10) pages of the Code, then the cost to
the City would be $180.00 ($18.00.x 10), plus shipping. We do
not charge for the number of supplement copies the City receives.
We would like to. state that a one page ordinance does not
necessarily mean that only one page of the Code will be affected.
The table of contents, title page,. chapter page, text movement,
and index pages could be affected. ~en though the ordinance
does not instruct us to pull these pages, we must make sure the
Code remains consistent throughout. .
Sterling would be happy to again provide codification services to
the City of Eagle, and we will inform the City sixty (60) days
prior to making any changes in our fees.
