1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Bandy calls the meeting to order at 5:40 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: HUFFAKER, SHOUSHT ARIAN, SEMANKO, JACKSON-HELM.
Semanko is absent. A quorum is present.
PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION: Aizpitarte, Smith, Roehling, Villegas. A quorum is
present.
URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY: Arial, Mahaffey, Haas, Nordstrom, Racine, Huffaker. A
quorum is present.
3. DISCUSSION ITEMS:
A. Economic update and Stimulus Package discussion: Cameron Arial, Zions Bank Vice
President of Government Relations.
Mayor introduces the issue.
Cameron Arial, Zions Bank Vice President of Government Relations presents a power point
presentation and discusses the same. General discussion.
B. Urban Renewal Agency update and discussion.
Discussion on the role of the Urban Renewal Agency and the roll ofthe City.
Discussion on the 4 corner area.
Discussion on how the URA and the City can work together on projects.
4. ADJOURNMENT:
Mayor adjourns the meeting at 6:55 p.m.
