RESOLUTION NO. 04-19
SURPLUS EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, On January 1, 1997 the City of Eagle purchased a Panasonic Dot Matrix
Printer to be used in conjunction with the HIT City financial software;
WHEREAS, On May 1,2004 the City of Eagle converted to Case lIe financial software
which uses a laser jet printer;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Eagle,
Idaho, as follows:
1. The following equipment is to be designated as surplus equipment:
Fixed Asset Tag No. 1029 Panasonic Dot Matrix Printer
2. The administrative staff of the City, under the supervision of the City Clerk, is
authorized to take all necessary steps to carry out the authorization provided by this
Resolution.
