RESOULTION No. 04-08
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING THE FEE
SCHEDULE PURSUANT TO THE SOLID WASTE CONTRACT RECYCLING
COLLECTION SERVICES AS STATED IN SECTION 4.2 A. "CUSTOMER RATES-
ESTABLISHMENT" AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, public notice for a public hearing for these fees has been published in the
V alley News as required by Idaho Code;
WHEAREAS, the City Council has approved adding a collection rate for a 2-yard front-
loading compactor by this resolution;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1: that said schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this
reference, is hereby approved;
Section 2: that the Mayor and City Council are hereby authorized to execute said
schedule for and on behalf of the City of Eagle;
Section 3: that this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
adoption and approval.
