RESOLUTION NO. 04-03
AUTHORIZING ARCHIVING OF RECORDS
WHEREAS, Idaho Code Section 50-907 provides that the City Council may classify
records for purposes of retention or disposal of records, and
WHEREAS, On the lih day of February, 2002, the City Council did approve Resolution
No. 02-04 which sets forth a policy on keeping, storing and destroying of City records,
proceedings and documents,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Eagle,
Idaho, as follows:
1. That the following documents shall be archived with the State Archives, Idaho State
Historical Society, 2205 East old penitentiary Road, Boise, Idaho, in accordance with
Resolution No. 02-04:
Box #1 through Box #15: Building Permits for the years 1999 through 2002
Box #16: Elections-2003, Special Bond Election and General City Election
Box #17 through Box #20: Tapes of City Council Meetings
Box #21: Tapes of Planning and Zoning Meetings
Box #22: Tapes of Design Review Meetings
Box #23 through Box #25: Building Permits for the years 1993 through 1997
Box #26: Tapes Planning and Zoning Meetings
2. The administrative staff of the City, under the supervision of the City Clerk, is
authorized to take all necessary steps to carry out the authorization provided by this
Resolution.
