B. EXT-14-08 - Final Plat Extension of Time for Shaunessy Subdivision (formerly Park
Place Gardens) - Shaunessy LLC: Shaunessy LLC, represented by Phil Hull with The Land
Group, Inc., is requesting a one-year extension of time for the final plat approval for
Shaunessy Subdivision (formerly Park Place Gardens), a 122-lot (l08-buildable, 14-common)
residential subdivision. The 95.32-acre subdivision is located between North Meridian Road
and North Park Lane approximately 1,300-feet north of Floating Feather Road at 1680 North
Park Lane. (TL V)
C. Mustane Pride Proclamation: A Proclamation honoring Eagle High School and the student
athletes of the Eagle Mustang Football team for their hard work and dedication to excellence
demonstrated by a successful and winning 2008 season.

A. CU-04-08 - Retail and Wholesale Sales Area for Landscaoine Products for Idaho Concrete
Company: Idaho Concrete Company, represented by Jim Mihan with Beck and Baird
Engineering, is requesting conditional use permit approval to allow for a retail and wholesale
sales area for landscaping products. The 2-acre site is located 560-feet west of State Highway 55
at 2755 E. State Street. Staffis requesting this item be continued to the December 16,2008

B. DEA-I-08 - Exclusion IDe-annexation) of Lands from City Limits - City of Eaele: The City
of Eagle is acting to exclude (de-annex) certain contiguous real property from the city limits. The
110-acre site, being a portion ofthe southeast quarter of Section 24, Township 4 North, Range 1
West, Boise, Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, is located northwest of the intersection of Chin den
Boulevard and North Meridian Road. This item was continuedfrom the November 18,2008
meeting. (JTL)

County, Idaho, establishing city water system customer charges and volume
charges, and providing an effective date.

Idaho, setting park reservation fees for residents and non-residents, and providing an
effective date.

D.l Resolution No. 08-34: A resolution of the City Council ofthe City of Eagle, Ada County,
Idaho, adopting Resolution No. 08-34 which establishes a convenience fee for the
processing of Automated Clearing House (ACH) andlor credit card payments made without
the cardholder being present; and providing for an effective date.
8. NEW BUSINESS:
A, Approval of the Settlement Aereement for Meridian Joint School District. the Urban
Renewal Aeency. and the City of Eaele. {Ryan Armbruster and Cameron Arial).
A,1. Resolution No. 08-36: A resolution ofthe City Council of the City of Eagle, Idaho,
approving that certain settlement agreement by, between, and among the Urban Renewal
Agency of the City of Eagle, Idaho, the City of Eagle, Idaho, and Joint School District No.
2, Ada and Canyon Counties, Idaho, authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute the
settlement agreement and any necessary additional documents or agreements; authorizing
any technical corrections to the settlement agreement; and providing an effective date.
B. Ordinance No. 614 - Castleburv West Business Park: An ordinance excluding certain real
property situated in the City of Eagle. Ada County, Idaho, and annexing certain real property
situated in unincorporated Ada County, Idaho contiguous to the corporate limits of the city of
eagle, to the City of Eagle, Idaho; establishing the zoning classification of said real property
described herein; amending the zoning map of the City of Eagle to reflect said changes; directing
that copies of this ordinance be filed as provided by law; and providing an effective date. (JTL)
