RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT
(TEMPORARY TURNAROUND)
For Value Received City of Eagle, Body Politic and Corporate of the State of Idaho,
whose current address is 660 E Civic Lane, Eagle, ID 83616, the GRANTOR, does
hereby grant, bargain and convey unto The ADA COUNTY HIGHW A Y DISTRICT, a
Body Politic and Corporate of the State ofIdaho, the GRANTEE, whose address is 3775
Adams Street, Garden City, Idaho 83714, an EASEMENT for the purpose of construction
and placement of a temporary tum-around~ over and under the following described
premises located in the County of Ada, State of Idaho, to-wit
SEE EXHIBIT "A"
ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
1. That after construction and placement of improvements, the Grantee, or its
authorized representative shall thereafter have and retain the rights of ingress/egress
necessary for maintaining same.
2. That the grant of this easement shall run with the land and shall be binding
and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their heirs, successors' and/or assigns.
3. That said easements shall be discontinued and ordinary use shall revert back
to the underlying owner, in the event that the street is extended, properly constructed and
completed beyond the end of this temporary easement, in accordance with Highway
District standard specifications and accepted as a public street.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors have caused this instrument to be executed

NW1/4SW1/4 of Section 9, Township 4 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, Ada County, City of Eagle, Idaho
and being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the northeast corner of said Block 5;
