Box 1520 Eagle, Idaho 83616 939-6813 Council: Steve Guerber Michael Huffaker Norm Semanko Al Shoushtarian Re: Expiration of Building Permit 07-01-012 at 2173 W Stansbury Dr. Dear Crestwood Construction, Inc, Building Permit issued for a Pool located on Lot 4 Block 3 in the Castlebury #1 Subdivision is deemed expired as of October 6, 2008, under the following Building Code: IBC & IRC sections 105.5 are amended to read as follows: 105.5 Expiration. Every permit issued by the building official under the provisions of this chapter shall expire by limitation and become null and void if the building or work authorized by such permit is not commenced within 180 calendar days from the date of such permit, or if the building or work authorized by such permit is suspended or abandoned at any time after the work is commenced for a period of 180 calendar days. The timeframe by which a project shall be deemed to be suspended or abandoned shall be measured from the date of the last major inspection that resulted in an approval to move to the next stage of construction by the city of Eagle or if no inspection has been required then a project shall be deemed to be suspended 180 calendar days from the date the permit was issued.
