Box 1520 Michael Huffaker Eagle, Idaho 83616 Norm Semanko 939-6813 Al Shoushtarian August 14, 2008 HDT Concrete Construction, Inc 11402 W Amity Rd Boise, ID 83709 Re: Expiration of Building Permit 06-02-037 at 2147 N Emerald Bay Ave. Dear HDT Concrete Construction, Inc, Building Permit issued for a Pool located on Lot 2 Block 1 in the Autumncrest Subdivision is deemed expired as of August 14, 2008, under the following Building Code: IBC & IRC sections 105.5 are amended to read as follows: 105.5 Expiration. Every permit issued by the building official under the provisions of this chapter shall expire by limitation and become null and void if the building or work authorized by such permit is not commenced within 180 calendar days from the date of such permit, or if the building or work authorized by such permit is suspended or abandoned at any time after the work is commenced for a period of 180 calendar days. The timeframe by which a project shall be deemed to be suspended or abandoned shall be measured from the date of the last major inspection that resulted in an approval to move to the next stage of construction by the city of Eagle or if no inspection has been required then a project shall be deemed to be suspended 180 calendar days from the date the permit was issued.
