Building A,Building B,Building C,Building D,Building E,Building F,Building G,Building H,Building I,Building J,
Building K, Building L and Club House at 655 through 755 E State St.,Eagle,Idaho.
Dear 727 E State Street,LLC,
On August 15,2007 the City of Eagle received your letter requesting an extension of time for the building permit
applications for the Condo Remodels and a Club House located on Lot 3 Block 1 of the Periwinkle Subdivision. To
accommodate your request,your permits were extended to May 20th,2008 under Eagle City Code Section 7-1A-3 &7-1A-4.
This section,as adopted by the Eagle City Council, limits a permit holder and applicants to only one extension.
The applications are now deemed expired as of June 2"d,2008,under the following Building Code:
Eagle City Code Sections 7-1A-3& 7-1A-4 amended the 2003 International Building&International Residential
Code Sections R105.3:
IBC & IRC sections 105.3.2 are amended to read as follows:
105.3.2 Expiration Of Plan Review.Applications for which no permit is issued within 180 days following the date
of receipt of application shall expire by limitation, and plans and other data submitted for review may thereafter be
returned to the applicant or destroyed by the building official. The building official may extend the time for action
by the applicant for a period not exceeding 180 calendar days on request by the applicant showing that
circumstances beyond the control of the applicant have prevented action from being taken. No application shall
be extended more than once, nor shall any extension be granted beyond the last day of the current code cycle as
adopted by the city of Eagle. In order to renew action on an application after expiration, the applicant shall
resubmit plans and pay a new plan review fee.
