OPEN HOUSE
The Eagle City Council, Engineers and Attorney will be holding an open
house to address questions and concerns that have arisen regarding the notice
of hearing on confirmation of assessment roll hearing for Local Improvement
District No. 2007-1, as well as discuss the costs, benefits, and timelines for the
purchase and transfer of the Eagle Water System to the City of Eagle, as well
as how the assessment roll calculations were derived.
Immediately following the open house, a public hearing on the assessment roll
confirmation for Local Improvement District No. 2007-1 will be on the City
Council’s agenda.
