RESOLUTION NO 08-17
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY,
IDAHO, ADOPTING THE 2008 REVISION OF THE IDAHO STANDARDS FOR PUBLIC
WORKS CONSTRUCTION WITHIN THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle has previously adopted the "Idaho Standards for Public
Works Construction" as a reference document for construction and quality control of public
works infrastructure projects within the City; and
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle desires to maintain a current level of standards as
promulgated by the State of Idaho; and
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle desires to adopt the 2008 Revision of the Idaho Standards
for Public Works Construction pursuant to the recommendation of the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1: The City Council of the City of Eagle hereby adopts the 2008 Revision of the
Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and
approval.
