RESOLUTION NO. 08-16
SURPLUS EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, The City Clerk of the City of Eagle, Idaho, and the Historical Commission
are requesting that following fixed asset be surplused as the asset is no longer required to
conduct City or Historical Commission business.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Eagle,
Idaho, and the Historical Commission that the following fixed asset is deemed surplus
property by the City of Eagle and the Historical Commission:
HP OfficeJet G85 Printer/Scanner Asset #745 - Tag #1538
The administrative staff ofthe City of Eagle Historical Commission under the
supervision of the City Clerk, is authorized to take all necessary steps to carry out the
authorization provided by this Resolution.
