RESOLUTION NO. 08-11
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO,
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7-96, ESTABLISHING COPYING CHARGES FOR THE CITY BY
ADDING PROVISIONS FOR TRANSCRIPTION CHARGES AND COLORED COPY CHARGES;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, The City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho (the "City"), is a municipal corporation duly
organized and operating under the laws of the State of Idaho; and
WHEREAS, The City Council desires to establish transcription charges and colored copy charges;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA
COUNTY, IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1: That, pursuant to Section 1-6A-l.l and Section 1-8-5, Eagle City Code, the City establishes

Pursuant to Idaho State Code §63-1311A, legal notice is hereby given that the EAGLE CITY COUNCIL will
hold a public hearing on May 13,2008 at 7:30 P.M. at Eagle City Hall, 660 E. Civic Lane, Eagle, Idaho. The
purpose of the hearing on proposed Resolution No. 08-11 of the City Council of the City of Eagle, Ada County,
Idaho, amending Resolution No. 7-96, establishing copying charges for the city by adding provisions for
transcription charges and colored copy charges; and providing for an effective date. The proposed fees may exceed
105% of prior fees. The proposed fees are set forth below;
