RESOLUTION No. 08-08
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO ADOPTING A
FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION TITLE 7, CHAPTER IA OF
THE EAGLE CITY CODE FOR GRADING PERMITS AND PLAN REVIEW FEES;
AND, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, public notice for a public hearing for the grading permit and plan
review fee schedule was published in The Valley Times as required by Idaho Code;
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the grading permits and plan review fee schedule
was held on May 13, 2008;
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interest of the
inhabitants of the City of Eagle to adopt the grading permit fee schedule;
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the adoption of a fee schedule
pursuant to the 2006 International Building Code, Appendix J, Section Jl 03 .1.1.1 for
grading permits by this Resolution;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO.
Section 1: Said building permit fee schedule substantially in the form attached
hereto as Exhibit A is hereby incorporated herein by this reference and is hereby
approved.
Section 2: The Mayor and City Council are hereby authorized to execute said
schedule for and on behalf of the City of Eagle.
Section 3: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
adoption and approval.
ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Eagle, Idaho, this Aday of May, 2008.

Pursuant to Idaho State Code §63-1311A, legal notice is hereby given that the EAGLE CITY
COUNCIL will hold a public hearing on May 13, 2008 at 7:30 P.M. at Eagle City Hall, 660 E. Civic
Lane, Eagle, Idaho. The purpose of the hearing on proposed Resolution No. 08-08 of the City Council
of the City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho proposing a fee schedule for the purposes of section title 7,
chapter 1 A of the Eagle City Code for grading permits and plan review fees. The proposed fees are set
forth below:

is encouraged at the public hearing. According to Eagle City Code 1-8-3C (3) WRITTEN COMMENTS
may be submitted to the City Clerk no less than five (5) days prior to the day on which the public
hearing is scheduled. Written Comments may be mailed to Eagle City Hall Attn: City Clerk 660 E.
Civic Ln. Eagle, ID 83616. Qualified individuals who need accessible communication aids and
services or other accommodations to participate in programs and activities are invited to make your
needs and preferences know to the 504/ADA Coordinator (Eagle City Clerk). Please give us at five
