RESOLUTION NO. 08-10
A Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Eagle amending the Eagle
City/Library Personnel Policy by adopting changes to Drug Testing, Pre-Employment
Screening, and providing for an effective date.
WHEREAS, The Eagle City/Library Personnel Policy was adopted on September 25, 2001,
and Amended on June 20, 2006 and November 20, 2007;
WHEREAS, The City of Eagle desires to amend the Eagle City/Library Personnel Policy to
add changes to Drug Testing, H.1;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Eagle as follows:
Section 1: The following changes shall be added to the Eagle City/Library Personnel
Policy:
H. DRUG TESTING
1. Pre Employment Screening
