Ancona Ave. Suite140 Eagle, lD 83616 RE: Expiration of Application # 07-09-028 Dear Sirs, This application for tenant improvements at 1045 S. Ancona Ave., Suite#130, Eagle, lD, has expired. The HV AC bid had not been received to complete the Building Fee schedule and Jean Walker from the Building Department contacted BillY oung and he informed her tenant improvements were no longer needed at this time. As this application was never permitted by the expiration date of February 22, 2008, therefore it is deemed expired under the following: Eagle City Code Section 7-1A-3: IBC BUILDING CODE AMENDMENTS: IBC section 105.5 is amended to read asfollows: IBC section 105.3.2 is amended to read asfollows 105.3.2 Expiration of Plan Review. Applications for which no permit is issued within 180 days following the date of receipt of application shall expire by limitation, and plans and other data submittedfor review may thereafter be returned to the applicant or destroyed by the building official. The building official may extend the time for action by the applicant for a period not exceeding 180 calendar days on request by the applicant showing that circumstances beyond the control of the applicant have prevented action from being taken. No application shall be extended more than once, nor shall any extension be granted beyond the last day of the current code cycle as adopted by the city of Eagle. In order to renew action on an application after expiration, the applicant shall resubmit plans and pay a new plan review fee. The City of Eagle regrets that this project will not move forward.
