RESOLUTION No. 07-30
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO ADOPTING
THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION TITLE 7, CHAPTER I A
OF THE EAGLE CITY CODE FOR BUILDING PERMITS; AND, PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, public notice for a public hearing for the building permit and plan
review fee schedule was published in The Valley Times as required by Idaho Code;
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the building permit review fee schedule was held
on October 9, 2007;
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interest of the
inhabitants of the City of Eagle to adopt the building permit fee schedule;
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved amending and updating the City's fee
schedule for building permits by this Resolution;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO.
Section I: Said building permit fee schedule substantially in the form attached
hereto as Exhibit A is hereby incorporated herein by this reference and is hereby
approved.
Section 2: The Mayor and City Council are hereby authorized to execute said
schedule for and on behalf of the City of Eagle.
Section 3: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
adoption and approval.
ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Eagle, Idaho, this 9th day of October, 2007.

COMMERCIAL PLAN REVIEW FEES ARE CALCULATED AT SIXTY-
FIVE PERCENT (65%) OF THE BUILDING PERMIT FEE.
RESIDENTIAL PLAN REVIEW FEES ARE CALCULATED AT
THIRTY-FIVE PERCENT (35%) OF THE BUILDING PERMIT FEE.
BUILDING DRAINAGE PLAN FEE SCHEDULE
Direct costs incurred by the City in obtaining a review of drainage plans by
the City Engineer, and subsequent inspection of drainage facilities, shall be
paid for by the applicant. Review fees shall be paid prior to issuance of
building permit and inspection fees shall be paid prior to occupancy.

at 7:30 P.M. at Eagle City Hall, 660 E. Civic Lane, Eagle, Idaho. The purpose of the hearing to consider
Resolution No. 07-30 implementing a fee schedule for building permits, and explain the reasons for such fees,
as well as establishing an effective date.. The proposed fee schedule may exceed 105% of prior fees. The
proposed fees are set forth below;
