ORDINANCE NO. 581
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING TITLE I,
CHAPTER 9, SECTION 3: MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, Ada County, Idaho;
Section I: Title I, Chapter 9 Section 3 of the Eagle City Code is hereby amended to
read:
1-9-3: ELECTION PRECINCTS, POLLING PLACES AND TIMES FOR
VOTING: The city boundaries shall consist of two (2) election precincts for all city
elections. Precinct 500 shall include all land within the city limits which is South of
Floating Feather Road Beacon Light and east of Eagle Road. Precinct 50 I shall include
all land within the city limits which is Rot in prccinct 500 South of Beacon Light and
West of Eagle Road. The polling places for such elections shall be Eaglc scnior eitizcns
eeffief Eagle City Flail for Election Precinct 500 and Seventh Day Adventist Church
School for Election Precinct 501. At all general city elections and special city elections
the polls shall be open at eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and remain open until eight o'clock
(8:00) P.M. of the same day.
Section 2: This Ordinance shall be published once in the official newspaper of the City
and shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, approval, and publication.
