City of Eagle and Idaho Humane Society
The following changes are hereby made to the FY19 Animal Welfare and Enforcement Agreement between
the City of Eagle and the Idaho Humane Society:
DESCRIPTION: The Idaho Humane Society has been in discussions with all regional contract holders for which they
provide animal control services, including the City of Eagle. As such, there hos beendiscussion over the types of
services,responsibilities, and cost of such services. Due to these discussions.the City of Eagle is exploring options for a
limited services contract with Idaho Humane Society, rather than a full service contract. This 3 month extension will allow
time for the parties to discuss the options available and ensure a smooth transition if the City chooses to terminate
services at the end of the extension period. During this extension period all terms of the FY19 contract remain in effect.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT: Contract term was 10/1/18-9/30/19, previously extended through 12/31/19. New extension term
will be 01/01/2020-03/31/2020
