Purpose of Easement; Non-Exclusive: The purpose of this easement shall be for the ingress and egress to and from and along the South channel of the Boise River for the purposes of flood control, Boise River levee maintenance and public assistance emergencies on or in the Boise River. This easement is non-exclusive and is not for the general public. 5.
