Minutes - 2019 - Design Review - 12/12/2019 - Regular ORIGINAL DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MINUTES The Design Review Board met in regular session December 12, 2019, Brasher presiding. 1. CALL TO ORDER: Brasher calls the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL: The following members were present: BRASHER, SAYER, BAER, GERMANO, DUPERAULT. ABSENT: GRUBB, KOCI. A quorum is present. 3. CONSENT AGENDA: • Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are acted on with one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Design Review Board member, City Staff, or a citizen requests an item to be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion. Items removed from the Consent Agenda will be placed on the Regular Agenda in a sequence determined by the Rules of Order. • Any item on the Consent Agenda that contains written recommendations from the City of Eagle shall be adopted as part of the Design Review's Consent Agenda approval motion unless specifically stated otherwise. A. Minutes of November 14, 2019. B. Finding of Fact and Conclusions of Law for DR-58-19—Lift Station for the Eagle Sewer District—Eagle Sewer District: The Eagle Sewer District, represented by Ryan Wagner with Keller Associates, is requesting design review approval to construct a 530-square foot sewer lift station facility. The 0.39-acre site is located on the south side of West Old Valley Road approximately 450-feet west of South Linder Road within Compton Andrews Tract(northwest corner of Lot 14). C. Finding of Fact and Conclusions of Law for DR-69-19—Multi-Tenant Office Building—C&O Development: C&O Development, represented by James Marsh with CSHQA, is requesting design review approval to construct a 49,968-square foot multi-tenant office building (1st Floor= 16,609-square feet, 21'd Floor= 16,858-square feet, and 3rd Floor= 16,501-square feet). The 3.8-acre site is located on the east side of South Eagle Road approximately 290-feet south of East Eagles Gate Drive within the proposed Lakemoor Subdivision No. 8. At the end of second sentence, put for review with staff and two members of the Design Review Board. Site specific condition #9: The applicant shall revise the drawings to indicate a maximum height of 6 ft for review by staff. Site specific condition #10: The applicant shall revise and re-submit drawings indicating gutters if they are to exist on the west side of the pitched roof covered area, for review by staff and two members. Comment: The Design Review Board unanimously agrees that the amenities shown adequately fulfill the tot-lot requirement of the development agreement. Seconded by Baer. Discussion. The 1.06-acre site is located on the northeast corner of West Copper Silo Street and South Urban Gate Avenue at 2300 and 2340 West Copper Silo Street (Lots 4 and 5, Block 6, Stillwater Subdivision No. 1).
