ORDINANCE NO. 575
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING SECTION 1-5-3,
EAGLE CITY CODE, TO PROVIDE FOR ANNUAL SALARIES FOR THE MAYOR
AND COUNCIL, AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1:

That Section 1-5-3, Eagle City Code, be, and is hereby, amended to read as
SALARIES: Commencing January 1, ~2008, the annual salaries of the Mayor and
of the President ofthe City Council and of the City Council shall be as follows:
A. Mayor: The Mayor shall receive an annual salary in the sum of forty two thmlBand
dollars ($42,000.00) seventy four thousand dollars ($74.000.00).
B. Council President: The Council President shall receive an annual salary in the sum of
thirteen thousand three hundred fifty six dollal's ($13,356.00) fourteen thousand
tVienty f()U[' dollars ($14,()24.00).
C. Council Members: Each member of the Council, other than the President, shall
receive an annual salary in the sum oftcR thousand Sill hURdred eighty five dollars
($10,685.00) eleven thousand two hundred t,"ventv dollars ($1 LnO.OO.
Section 2: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after January 1,
~2008.
